However, any intellectual property rights in the tools, software, and other resources that we use to develop the games are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.
    

3. Payments and Billing
   We will provide you with a quote for our services based on your specific requirements. Payments for our services are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel our services if payment is not received on time.

   We will keep all information related to your project confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. We may use subcontractors to perform some of our services, and we will ensure that they are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
    

5. Warranty
   We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or that they will meet your specific requirements. If you are dissatisfied with our services, our sole obligation is to provide you with a reasonable remedy.

   Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount that you paid for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from our services.

   Either party may terminate our services at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, we will return any materials and information that belong to you, subject to any applicable retention policies or legal obligations.

   You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Poland.
